Not too much to report. We took one of our scheduled weeks off last week but are back at it this week. We've managed to finally get out and do some riding on the road. Longest day so far is only 24 miles, but we should have plenty more opportunity to increase on that. Upper body strength training is going fine

We also had to cut in half our alternate modified P90X sessions a couple of times since we got started too late. But only twice.

I suspect that's because of the intense and lengthy energy expenditure I get when we cycle outdoors on the road.

The time seems to go by so much more quickly when you're keeping track of time in 3.5-minute increments. We're averaging about 20-25 minutes per interval session. We do about 6 intervals in total, which amounts to about 3.5 minutes of intense exercise interspersed with about 20 minutes of light-duty aerobics.
